Christmas Delivery Times

Orders purchased from 30th Nov. to 19th Dec. will be within the Christmas period and will be despatched to arrive before Christmas. All standard delivery policies still apply. We cannot guarantee that any orders purchased after the 19th Dec. will arrive before 25th Dec. Big Wednesday Ltd reserves the right to change the dates of the Christmas period from year to year, without notice. However, we will endeavour to tell you if changes are made, by posting the relevant information on our website.

Christmas Returns Policy

During the Christmas period (30th Nov – 19th Dec) returns will be accepted up to 30 days after despatch for exchanges or credit notes. Items returned in damaged packaging or not in a resalable condition will be refunded minus 20% of the original purchase price. With regards to refunds the 14 day return period still stands.
