Delivery
All priority orders will be delivered by Parcel Force, a signature will be required upon delivery and the carrier can deliver up to 7:30pm, fixed delivery times cannot be provided.
Please note we cannot accept next day or two day (48 hour) deliveries to the Channel Islands and the following postcodes:
IM - Isle Of Man, BT - Belfast, IV - Inverness, PH - Inverness, PA - Renfrewshire, KY - Kirkcaldy, KW - Orkney Isles. TR20, 21, 22, 23 - Truro, HS - Isle of Lewis, ZE – Shetland
Deliveries over 2Kg to the above postcodes and Channel Islands may incur further postal charges. If this is the case, we will contact you before processing your order.
Delivery for surfboards delivered with the UK mainland is charged at a flat rate of £15.
Delivery outside the UK Mainland
Orders being shipped outside the UK mainland that weigh more than 2kilos will incur additional shipping charges but you will be contacted via email before these charges are applied. Charges vary depending on location and the bulk of your order.
International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail or Parcel Force euro48. The standard charges are £15.00 to anywhere in Europe and £20.00 Worldwide, excluding surfboards. If you are interested in purchasing a surfboard please contact us for a quote.
Big Wednesday Surf Ltd. reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice.

Goods ordered before 1pm will be dispatched from our warehouse that afternoon for delivery, subject to stock availability. Orders made after 1pm will be dispatched the following day.
The three to five day delivery option is sent via Royal Mail and cannot be chased with the post office until 3 weeks after posting. If you require your goods by a certain day we recommend using a guaranteed service.

Extreme Weather
In the event of extreme weather conditions or circumstances out of our control, we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving within the time given. However we will make every effort for your order to get to you as soon as possible.

Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays
Unfortunately, deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not available. Please note that ALL orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday (or Tuesday when a Bank Holiday falls on a Monday). In the event the item(s) are out of stock, you will be contacted and the goods will either be dispatched as soon as possible or an alternative item will be offered.

Royal Mail – Lost Property
The delivery times indicated for Royal Mail delivery are the normal periods within which your order will be delivered. However, these delivery periods are not guaranteed by Bigwednesdaysurf.com. Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail. Royal Mail stipulate that a parcel is not classified as lost until a 15 (working) day period has elapsed since collection and that compensation cannot be applied for until after this 15 day period. When the period of 15 (working) days, since dispatch, has elapsed, we will either resend your order free of charge, or give you a full refund for your item and your postage costs, dependent on your requirements.
